Why are we different?

We offer a simple, personal, cost effective service.  Our fees are £575 (typically a solicitor will charge over £1k) for one person putting in place both Finance & Health LPAs. 

The fees include:-

•            VAT

•            Drawing up both legal documents

•            Advising on types of attorneys and structure of the documents

•            Acting as the Certificate Provider

•            Ensuring clauses are inserted to reflect wishes

•            Ensuring all parties understand their rights and responsibilities

•            Ensuring all parties sign and witness the documents correctly

•            Managing the Office of Public Guardian through the registration process

Please note there is a registration fee charged by the Registration body.  We can often get this charge reduced and sometimes removed completely.
